Q: Who is Kingdom Beef?
A: Kingdom Beef is a Licensed Nevada Non-Profit Corporation providing American Born, Raised & Processed Nutrient Dense Beef to those in need. We receive IRS Tax-Deductible donations of Real Property and Personal Property (vehicles, equipment, machinery and cash) from generous donors. This property is then sold to the highest bidder/buyer. The proceeds from the donations are used to procure American cattle from American Ranches and Farmers. The cattle are processed at small Local American Beef Processors. The frozen nutrient-dense American Beef is then donated to Veterans Organizations, First Responder Organizations, Missions, Food Banks and any individual and family in need.
Q: Who benefits from donations made to Kingdom Beef?
A1: Donors:
If the donor holds assets such as vacant raw land, with or without legal and/or physical access, ANY real property or personal assets (such as vehicles, equipment or machinery), which may or may not be worth the current Fair Market Value, The donor can gift the property to Kingdom Beef and receive an IRS tax deduction for the donation under Internal Revenue Service (IRC) Section 170. The donor will receive an itemized receipt for their generous tax-deductible donation.
A2: American Cattle Ranchers:
Kingdom Beef purchases cattle directly from American Ranchers. These purchases directly support American ranch families, their employees and local businesses and communities.
A3: American Cattle Auction Yards
Kingdom Beef also purchases cattle through local auction yards, which receive a commission to market and sell American Rancher’s cattle. These purchases support the local auction yards, their employees, American Ranchers, and the local economy.
A4: Small Local American Beef Processors
Cattle purchased from American ranchers are processed at small local American Beef Processors, supporting those companies, their employees and the local economy.
A5: Veterans Organizations, First Responder Organizations, Missions, Food Banks and any individual/family in need receive American Born, Raised & Processed Nutrient Dense Beef to consume from Kingdom Beef, so they and their families may thrive.
Q: Who Can Donate to Kingdom Beef?
A: Anyone can donate Real Property, Personal Property and Cash to Kingdom Beef.
Q: Will Donors be able to receive an IRS Tax Deduction for their generous gift?
A: Yes, Kingdom Beef is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation under the IRS. Donors will receive an itemized receipt for their donation.
Q: How will Real Property/Real Estate be transferred from the landowner to Kingdom Beef?
A: A Quit Claim Deed will be utilized to transfer all real property. Once completed, the title holder(s) of the real property will need to have their signature(s) notarized on the Quit Claim Deed. The Quit Claim Deed is then presented to the County Recorder for recording the transfer of ownership. Each party to the transaction will receive a copy of the recorded Quit Claim Deed.
Q: Who will be responsible to pay the Real Property Taxes, once the transfer is made?
A: Kingdom Beef will be the new owner of record and will be responsible for paying all property taxes from the time of sale.
Q: Will a Real Estate Brokerage or Attorney need to be involved in the sale?
A: No
Q: What fees will be due from the landowner making the real property donation?
A: A donor who claims a charitable deduction of $5,000 or more for a single item or for multiple similar items of personal or real property must obtain a qualified appraisal of the item's or group of items' combined value. The appraisal must be arranged for and paid for by the donor—the nonprofit cannot help pay for it in any way. Moreover, the donor can't deduct appraisal fees as part of the charitable contribution. The only other fee may possibly be a Notary Fee to have your signature notarized on the Quit Claim Deed, but most banks will notarize for free, if you are a customer.

A: No, All gifts are liquidated to cash, once a buyer is found, and the proceeds from the sale are utilized to purchase American Beef to produce American Beef for our fellow Americans.
